MEMBERSHIP
Prices. The one-time, non-recurring prices for pixel and billboard advertising services are shown on this page.
Price Effectivity. The prices are good for three (3) years and not automatically renewable. However, you can renew the services before your account expires.
Refund Policy. Once you submit your online membership application form, your full payment is received and your application is approved, there will be no full or partial refund of prices you paid.
Early Account Termination. The price you paid will not be prorated or refunded to you if you choose to terminate your account before your account's expiration date.
Services. You will be provided with (1) pixel advertising and (2) billboard advertising services when you fully paid your selected account.
Pixel Advertising. Your logo or image (up to 100 pixel high x 100 pixel wide) will be shown in the pixel advertising page (the “Home” page of this Site). The link in your logo or image will direct the visitors to your Member Profile, where they can see certain personal information and advertisements.
Billboard Advertising. Your another logo or image (or the same logo or image you used in the pixel advertising) (up to 110 pixel high x 110 pixel wide) will be displayed in your advertising billboard and Member Profile. In addition, you can create advertisements (up to 3,000 characters) in your advertising billboard.
Viewing of Personal Information. The following personal information will be seen by the public in your Member Profile and advertisements:
1. Website name
2. Website address (example: www,mywebsite.co)
3. Logo or image
4. Expiration date
5. Country
6. Advertising information
7. Contact person (optional)
8. Email address (optional)
9. Telephone or fax number (optional)
10. Keywords or tags
One Email. You will use one email address, as your User Name, to open one account. You will use a second different email when you open a second account, and so on. You can apply for several, free email accounts by visiting Google.com, Hotmail.com, Yahoo.com and other websites.
Confidentiality and Security. Your personal information submitted to this Site is strictly confidential and being kept securely. Your personal information will not be sold, rent, share, leak or divulge to other third parties. Please read this Site's Privacy Policy.
Location of Personal Information. Your personal information is securely stored in the computer server of the (1) computer company where this Site is being hosted and (2) website that process your credit card payments.
Change of Personal Information. You can directly and personally change all the personal information, logo or image and advertisements in your Member Profile anytime using your home or office computer without contacting this Site's Administrator.
ADVERTISEMENTS
Maximum Advertisements. You can create advertisements of up to 3,000 characters in your assigned advertising billboard through your Member Profile. Please see a sample advertisement.
Advertising Information. You may include the following in your advertisements (see sample):
1. Name of your business
2. Website address (example: www,mywebsite.com)
3. Description of your business, products and services, sales discounts, coupons, free gifts, free shipping, free consultations, free trials, product samples, announcements of events and others
4. Contact person, email address, telephone and fax numbers
5. Keywords or tags (examples: computers, dress, shoes, bags, toys, real estate, accounting, legal)
Objectionable Advertisements. You are prohibited to create and display any objectionable and unlawful advertisements in your assigned advertising billboard. Please see this Site's (1) Terms of Use, (2) Privacy Policy and (3) Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy.
Use for Other Purposes. You can use your assigned advertising billboard to promote several of your owned businesses, provided that such businesses comply with this Site's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy.
Changes on Advertisements. You can change your advertisements in your assigned advertising billboard, through your Member Profile, anytime with the use of your home or office computer without contacting this Site's Administrator.
LOGOS AND IMAGES
Maximum Size. For pixel advertising, it is mandatory that you must submit a logo or image with a maximum size of 100 pixel high x 100 pixel wide to this Site's Technical Support through your email. For billboard advertising, you have the option to personally upload or not a logo or image with a maximum size of 110 pixel high x 110 pixel wide when you fill out the online membership application form.
Type of Logo or Image. All logos or images to be submitted to this Site must be in .jpeg, .gif and .png format.
Resizing of Logo or Image. All logos or images that are more than 110 pixel high x 110 pixel wide and submitted to this Site will be either automatically or manually resized by the Site's program or Technical Support, respectively, to comply with the required size.
Source of Logo or Image. You, or your graphics designer, can create a logo or image using a Logo Design software. If you are using a PC, you can use the Paint program to “copy or cut and paste” the logo or image in your own website's “Home” page.
Animated Logo or Image. You can submit an animated logo or image to this Site. However, the animation may not work in this Site for some requirements that may not be available in our third-party hosting company.
Display Arrangement. All logos or images for the pixel advertising space ("Home" page of this Site) will be displayed on a descending manner on a First Come, First Served basis: LARGEST logos or images on the TOP rows (from left to the right, going to the next row); while the SMALLEST logos or images on the BOTTOM rows (from left to the right, going to the next row).
When a logo or image expires, the next and other logos and images will move to the left within the same logo or image size group.
Objectionable Logo or Image. You are not allowed to submit to this Site any logo or image that is objectionable and unlawful. Please read this Site's (1) Terms of Use, (2) Privacy Policy and (3) Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy.
Logo or Image Ownership. You are solely responsible and liable for all logos, images, materials and other information for submitting them to this Site that you do not legally owned. Please read this Site's Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy.
Change of Logo or Image. For pixel advertising, you can submit a new logo or image to this Site's Technical Support. For billboard advertising, you can personally submit your new logo or image through your Member Profile anytime using your own home or office computer without contacting this Site.
